• With forming abilities from 1' X 1' sheets up to 6 1/2" X 12' sheets, we can accommodate most any size part you need.
•  Our current 5 axis CNC abilities include 2 machines. 5' X 10'  with 24" vertical and 10' X 10' with 36" vertical.

Pattern making, mold making and trimming of finished parts are handled by our 5 axis CNC Routers. Foam prototypes are milled from CAD files for real life proofing of designs and construction of thermoform tooling.
