Orrco Manufacturing, Inc. has many years of experience with custom molded part design and manufacturing. We have recently carried this experience over into our Orrco Plastics division to allow us to focus on the thermoforming process. We have built a solid reputation for quality, service and reliability over the years, and intend to follow this mission as we expand our plastics forming and design operations.

We are a true custom thermoforming company. We work hands on with our customers to bring your idea or prototype to production exactly as you envision it.

Our investment in modern equipment allows us to offer competitive pricing for large volumes or limited production.

Materials that we currently form include:

• ABS (smooth paintable or textured, custom colored, UV stable acrylic coated)
• ABS with co-extruded leather grained vinyl cap for marine & RV interior and dash panels.
• ABS with simulated decorative patterns including wood grains, carbon fibers, metals, metallic and solid colors. (hundreds of patterns)
• Polyethylene (HDPE, HMWPE) Polypropylene (PP)
   

Secondary Operations:

•  We offer finishing steps including 5 axis trimming, drilling & slotting, gluing & bonding, assembly, bulk or private label packaging.
