Thanks for visiting and check back soon as we build our new website !!!

Founded in 1980 by Rex R. Orr, our experience in manufacturing began as a maker of fiberglass products. Having carried over our experience into the plastics division, we have become a leading supplier of top quality plastic products that exceed our clients expectations and secure long term honest relationships.

We understand: "you expect more than just a part" and that is why we take the time needed to understand exactly what you want and need in the finished product.

We proudly state that our quality standards and high service levels are "self motivated" and have been the base of our steady and solid growth.

Our services include 3D Surface Scanning and Digitizing, CAD / CAM design and modeling, pattern making, tooling construction and processing of finished thermoformed products.

Some materials that we currently form include:
» ABS (smooth paintable or textured, custom colored, UV stable acrylic coated)
» ABS with co-extruded leather grained vinyl cap for marine & RV interior and dash panels.
» ABS with simulated decorative patterns including wood grains, carbon fibers, metals, metallic and solid colors. (hundreds of patterns)

Secondary Operations:

What is Thermoforming?

Thermoforming is one of the most vesatile and cost effective methods for producing 3 dimensional products from thermoplastic material. In basic terms, it is a technique in which plastic sheet is heated to a softened state and stretched over a mold and then forced against the mold surface by creating a strong vacuum between the plastic sheet and the mold surface. As it cools it retains the shape of the mold. Once removed from the mold, the formed part goes through other steps such as trimming and final assembly.
